I've gained 1.5 kilos since Monday!
I hate my life...
I have a Doctor's appointment next week - I hope he puts me on Meds - I have an underactive thyroid - but it's slightly above "panic point" - by 0.15 - I mean, really!
Plus...
I've got a lot of the related symptoms...
my depression is getting worse
the weight gain doesn't help!
I need to lose 15kgs - now!
Immediately!
I lost 10 at the start of the year - but I keep gaining - I even gain on fruit and soup (2 weeks of that - 6 kilo gain!)
I don't know what to do anymore...
